My room was super clean , the bed was comfortable. The location provided great access to public transport. The staff was really helpful and friendly.

The shower design was not great and resulted in some water leaking onto the bathroom floor.

The minibar situation was pretty dire. It was totally empty. I mean, not even water? Plus, the bathroom was so small you can't swing a cat in it. The shower water went everywhere. The absence of basic amenities were not ideal.

the location near events was convenient. the staff were friendly and helpful. i found the bed and pillows comfortable for resting.

the room did not resemble the pictures online. the elevator was out of service and had been for weeks. the website telephone number was disconnected so i could not contact the reception.

The staff were friendly and efficient. They assisted quickly with requests. Complimentary water bottles were a welcome touch. The included Nespresso machine was definitely appreciated. I liked the nice toiletries provided in the bathroom. They added a touch of luxury.

The wardrobe space was a little tight. It was difficult to store clothing adequately for a stay.
